Luxury Tile & Stone Storefront
UI delivery and defect resolution across a Next.js and AEM luxury surfaces catalog.
September 2023 – October 2024
Consultant UI/React work on a luxury tile and stone storefront — mock-driven UI updates, prioritized bug resolution, and cross-team coordination across AEM, commerce, and platform services.
- Problem
- The catalog needed continuous UI fidelity and stability while multiple platform teams (AEM, commerce, APIM, Salesforce) changed adjacent systems.
- Solution
- Revamped interfaces from mocks and tickets, cleared critical UI and scripting defects, and kept delivery aligned through regular collaboration with UI, AEM, LW, CT, APIM, Salesforce, QA, and product.
Architecture notes
- UI changes stay tied to design mocks and ticket severity so conversion-critical surfaces are fixed first.
- Front-end scripting and layout fixes respect shared design guidelines rather than local one-offs.
- Cross-team coordination is part of delivery: AEM, commerce, APIM, and Salesforce changes land with the UI work.
