Performance Apparel CMS
Amplience content modeling, page workflows, and Next.js extensions for a high-traffic storefront.
March 2025 – May 2026
Consultant UI/React delivery for a performance-apparel Amplience CMS program — Home, PDP, CLP, and landing workflows, TypeScript refactors, preview support, and custom Next.js CMS extensions.
- Problem
- Migrating content-driven commerce pages onto Amplience required consistent modeling, transformers, and React rendering across Home, product, category, and landing surfaces — plus preview and analytics that still worked after cutover.
- Solution
- Completed core page workflows, implemented transformers and reusable content components, refactored TypeScript for maintainability and analytics, and shipped a custom Next.js Amplience extension along with Grid fixes and a CRS POC.
Architecture notes
- Home, PDP, CLP, and LP workflows share modeling and transformer conventions so rendering stays scalable.
- Component work covered Hero variants, content grids, Textbox, Story Player/Clips, Quote Content Carousel, and Author blocks.
- TypeScript refactors on high-traffic pages protected readability and post-migration analytics tracking.
- Custom Next.js extensions and Amplience CRS exploration push preview and authoring closer to production behavior.
